The National Association of Student Money Advisers are delighted to support the Financial Ombudsman Service as they launch their new Free, Fair, Final campaign, aimed at university students.

The Financial Ombudsman is committed to raising awareness and improving understanding of how the service can help consumers, including students, in times of need, particularly where financial decisions can have lasting consequences if mishandled.

NASMA are calling on members to get involved and support the campaign by sharing the messaging with students on campuses across the UK.

Louise Reid, NASMA’s Financial Capability Champion, says;

NASMA are delighted to support the Financial Ombudsman Service Free, Fair & Final Campaign. This is an easy and digestible way to help students and the wider public to understand when and where the Financial Ombudsman Service can assist them.

The campaign is clear, sharp and concentrates on myth busting to help consumers understand their rights in this area. With easy to share web content, social media assets and direct messaging it’s a highly effective way to engage and inform students and the wider public alike.”
