NASMA has collaborated with the government department responsible for Higher Education funding (BIS) to produce the following guide, which provides an overview of the process of applying for DSAs for students from England.

If you have a problem with your student finance application or your online account, it’s usually possible to settle it with a phone call – or by logging in to your student finance online account and selecting ‘ask a question’.
